Tylor wants nothing more than to escape MIFT and his odd coworkers after a bizarre initiation ritual, but he develops a hint of respect for the misfit team after an emergency at Monsters, Inc.

When a human baby's room is damaged, Tylor works on repairs with MIFT for the first time; Mike and Sulley take care of a human baby.

The Big Wazowskis
Hoping to get in good with Mike, Tylor signs MIFT up to be Mike's bowling team for the annual Monsters, Inc. Bowl-off-a-thon, only to discover that everyone at MIFT stinks at bowling.

When Fritz goes on vacation, Duncan is chosen as temporary supervisor; his first order of business: make Tylor miserable; it doesn't take long for them to squabble, set off old scream canisters, and accidentally cause a city-wide power outage.

The Vending Machine
Tylor's job is threatened when he breaks MIFT's favorite vending machine on the day Fritz must fire someone due to budget cuts; Mike tries boosting morale at Monsters, Inc.
